Ask a Grief Therapist

Grief often raises questions that do not have simple answers.

Through our “Ask a Grief Therapist” series, individuals can anonymously submit questions about grief, bereavement, caregiving, illness, relationships, identity after loss, or other experiences connected to grieving. Selected questions may be answered by our clinical team as part of an ongoing educational and reflective series.

We welcome questions that reflect the complexity, contradiction, uncertainty, and emotional realities of grief. Responses are intended to offer perspective, reflection, and contemporary grief-informed guidance rather than prescriptive advice.
