Jennifer Bleyer

LMSW

Jennifer Bleyer, LMSW is a licensed social worker with more than seven years of clinical experience supporting adults, young adults, couples, and families through grief, caregiving, serious illness, and life's most challenging transitions. Her professional background spans community mental health, hospital social work, clinical research, and private practice, providing her with extensive experience supporting individuals and families facing serious illness, anticipatory grief, end-of-life concerns, and bereavement across diverse clinical settings.

Jennifer believes that meaningful support begins by meeting people where they are, recognizing that grief is deeply personal and that healing unfolds differently for every individual and family. Drawing from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, somatic, and family-centered approaches—including Prolonged Grief Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, and advanced grief counseling—she tailors treatment to each client's unique needs. Jennifer creates a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can process loss at their own pace while developing the resilience, insight, and self-understanding needed to integrate grief into a life that remains meaningful and connected.
