Tania Lee, LMSW is a licensed social worker with more than a decade of clinical experience supporting adults navigating grief, trauma, loss, and life's most difficult transitions. Her professional background spans community mental health, community health centers, university counseling, family service agencies, and New York City government programs, providing her with extensive experience working alongside individuals facing bereavement, traumatic loss, and complex emotional challenges. Tania has a particular interest in supporting adults coping with prolonged grief, suicide loss, and the lasting impact of trauma.

Tania believes that healing grows through compassionate connection, patience, and honoring each person's unique experience. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Psychodrama, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches, she tailors treatment to each client's individual needs while helping them process grief in ways that foster resilience and emotional well-being. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Tania brings a culturally responsive perspective to her work, creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can integrate loss with greater self-understanding, hope, and connection.
