Our Services

Thoughtful, evidence-informed support for individuals navigating grief, bereavement, illness, caregiving, and life after loss.

At The Center for Integrated Grief, we offer psychotherapy, grief groups, and clinical education grounded in contemporary grief theory and real-world clinical experience.

Our approach recognizes that grief is deeply individual and shaped by relationship, identity, culture, history, and circumstance. We support people through the ongoing process of grieving, coping, and adaptation without reducing grief to stages, timelines, or simple resolution.

Individual Therapy

We provide individualized grief therapy for people navigating bereavement, illness, caregiving, trauma, and life transitions.

Our work is grounded in contemporary grief theory and tailored to the emotional, relational, and embodied realities of loss. Depending on each person’s needs, treatment may incorporate Parts and Shadow work, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and other evidence-informed modalities.

Who it’s for: Individuals experiencing recent or long-carried grief, prolonged grief, caregiver strain, anticipatory grief, identity disruption after loss, or significant life transitions.

What you can expect: A thoughtful therapeutic relationship grounded in curiosity, emotional honesty, and respect for the complexity of grief.

Grief Groups

Our grief groups offer structured spaces for reflection, conversation, and shared experience with others navigating loss.

Led by experienced clinicians, groups provide an opportunity to explore grief in community while recognizing that every experience of loss remains deeply individual.

Who it’s for: Individuals seeking connection, reflection, and clinical support alongside others living with grief.

What you can expect: A grounded, facilitated environment that allows for honesty, complexity, and the varied emotional realities of grieving.

Clinical Supervision & Continuing Education

We provide clinical supervision and continuing education for therapists, social workers, and mental health professionals seeking deeper training in grief care and bereavement support.

Our approach integrates contemporary grief theory, thanatology, hospice experience, and evidence-informed clinical practice.

Who it’s for: Clinicians pursuing supervision, grief-focused consultation, or continuing education in bereavement and grief therapy.
What you can expect: Thoughtful, clinically grounded guidance that supports deeper understanding of grief, loss, and therapeutic presence.

We’re Here When You’re Ready

There is no single way to experience grief, and no single timeline for adapting to loss.

Whether you are seeking therapy, community, or professional guidance, our work begins by making space for your experience of loss and grief.
