Emily Rogers, LCSW, is a clinical social worker who provides bereavement counseling in Brooklyn for individuals, caregivers, and families affected by serious and chronic illness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and her Master of Social Work from Touro College. At her practice, which serves as a center for complicated grief and a center for prolonged grief, Emily offers a compassionate, supportive space to explore grief, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She emphasizes helping clients feel grounded and understood during times of uncertainty, and also facilitates grief support groups in Brooklyn, incorporating approaches like Shadow Work to deepen the healing process.
